[1.0.0] trains-basic-signals.ini / label:block

This string just says "Block" but in game it is suffixed with a number to produce "Block 1", "Block 2" etc.
In Hungarian the natural way to write this would be "1. blokk", "2. blokk" etc.
Please change this to the format "Block __1__" such that it can be translated correctly.
