In Catalan dot and coma have the opposite use than in English:
10,000,000.2 (ten millions dot two in English) is written as
10.000.000,2 in Catalan. I would appreciate if this kind of localisation could be done in Factorio.

I second that.
In French we would write it 1 000 000,2 => space is the thousand separator, comma the decimal separator.
This should be made into a setting of the GUI.

I would just add two new "strings" to translate: thousand_separator and decimal_separator. So translators can define how numbers are written in their respective languages.
