Hi,

first of all I would like to thank you for making the effort of translating the game.
This helps a lot
  • The main problem is, that our font doesn't support azbuka, we will need to use different font for Russian language. I can try to find something, but it is really hard for me to see if it is readable enough. Could you recommend anything? (ttf font)
  • One small problem is, that our files need to be in utf8 wihout BOM, I can convert it easily, just to let you know for possible future comatibility, I will write it in come translation instructions soon.
I don't know which editor you use, I use Notepad++ for this, and it has good support for encoding.
  • If you want to make it complete, you can translate tips and tricks (data/tips-and-tricks)

I believe simple calibri font will be enough. You can`t say for sure before you see actual game anyway.
So for first testing Calibri will be enough IMHO. File with fonts in attach :P

Re-coded it and re-uploaded in to the previous post.

Great, thank you.

That is most probably because the wrong ecoding (utf8 is there, and it needs to be utf8 without BOM).
I coud load the file when I changed that.

Everything is working.

Thought fonts is missing :(

How long you think it will take to implement them?

Yay, the locale can now configure fonts to use.
I just started the game with azbuka.

Thank you a lot.

cant-be-damaged=It cant be damaged.
not-allowed-character-in-file-name=Character "__1__" can't be part of the file name.
empty-file-name=The file name is empty.

These left untranslated in 0.2.8. You can find translated files in first post.

Also, Please use fonts from new files. It is much better then Calibri. (it is also TrueType and free)

Hi!
Does repo https://github.com/kovarex/Factorio_Translation_Russian still alive? Haven't seen commits for a long time.

I just make a pull req with a few fixes. Want to do more in a short time.

Might not be active, but it is still official Factorio translation repository, so the changes are going to next release.
