[0.17.38] First tutorial in french

Hello,
Some issues I detected in the first tutorial :
* Not very "clean" information for the Z,Q,S,D keys (see Z_CONROL file)
* Bad translation "roreuse" instead of "foreuse", and Coal/Wood (Charbon/Bois) not translated (see Foreuse file)
* [color , [/color visible in every popup windows (see color file)
* I'm blocked at the "load 50 iron plates ..." step, completely unable to do it (see alimentateur file). impossible to understand how I can do it
