[0.10.3] German translation - Two provider Chests

[0.10.3] German translation - Two provider Chests

There are two provider chests in the game, but the have the same info text and can't be distinguished. It's not possible to know which one is the passive and which one the active provider chest.

(I someone want's to know: The purple (lila) is activ and the red is passiv.)
