[boskid][1.1.38] Train fuel can be accessed from across the entire map

So I was looking at one of my trains on my map (which I can see because I have a radar there), and I found that I could access the train fuel from where I am, which shouldn't be possible.

Please post the log/save.
If you ever had a long reach mod installed, uninstalling it would not revert the reach; that is my guess as to what happened.

Hi!
I will post the log as soon as people on my server log off, but to answer your conjecture: no, I do not have a long reach mod installed, in fact I’m pretty sure I do not have any mods installed at all

Ok i think i have managed to fix this issue while not reintroducing crash from 96707. Should be fixed for 1.1.39.
