What did you do?
Placed a train ghost.

What happened?
Game crash.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
No game crash, ghost placed.

Notes: Place train ghost connected to pre-placed train to crash the game.

The train is moving in this instance.

Thanks for the report. Issue is now fixed for 1.1.17 - trains will be limited in speed to be not faster than 7386.3km/h.
