[Twinsen][1.1.4] Electric Energy Interface tooltip for generators

I love the addition of the power consumption details to electric energy interface tooltips. Very helpful.
However, EEIs that produce power are also shown as "Consumes electricity. Max consumption: 200MW" when in fact it consumes no power and generates 200MW.
Could that please be adjusted?

This kind of goes in conflict with this bug
90779
Technically the tooltip is correct as that's what the prototype tells it, it's just a matter of how it's configured.
But I changed it so it never shows "Max consumption", instead just "Consumption", and the value shown is always the value configured(even if zero), limited by buffer size and flow limit.
The field should be hidden if the prototype does not define any kind of consumption.
Still a bit janky and hopefully it works.
Let me know if there are any issues.

I'm not sure if it conflicts - that bug seems to be about power consumption whereas mine is about having an EEI that produces power. The tooltip still shows "consumes" instead of "produces".
