[Not a bug] Pipe-to-ground plays running fluid sound when empty

Modded and un-modded pipe-to-grounds play the "running fluid" sound that pipes make, even when they contain no fluid at all.

Ugh. Scratch this, probably not a bug. Turns out I was adding a working_sound to all pipes without realising. Vanilla p-2-g doesn't define a working_sound for underground pipes. Sorry.

No problem, its really simple fix (feature request?). Implemented this for 1.1.

Oh, nice. So a p2g with a working_sound defined the same way as a pipe will play the sound like a pipe does, when flow is flowing?
