[0.18.45] Blueprint building by moving doesn't work in map

To reproduce:
  • Go to map view, with a blueprint in your cursor.
  • Left click and hold. The blueprint is placed at the cursor.
  • While still holding the mouse button, press a movement key (WASD). Don't move the mouse.
I expect the blueprint to repeatedly get placed as the map moves, every time there's space for it. Instead, it only gets placed when you first click.

This is particularly noticeable when the blueprint is set to snap to grid, and while holding shift (to force blueprint placement).

If you then move the mouse at all, it will place the blueprint at the current position of the mouse.

If you're not in map view, or in map view and zoomed in enough to see the actual world, this bug doesn't occur: the game attempts to place the blueprint every frame, as it should.

Adding on to this, if you move your mouse *after* stopping movement (while holding down the mouse button), the blueprint will be placed in the current location.
