[Klonan] [0.18.43] Empty space/box after satellite counter in Japanese.

1. What did you do?
Launched a few rockets in Japanese version.
2. What happened?
The satellite counter looks weird.
3. What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
I expected it to be centered to fill the box or something else to hide the empty gap.
