[0.18.19] Missing thumbnail in "Updates" tab of Mods dialog

When opening the in-game mod browser and switching to the "Updates" tab, the listed mods won't have their thumbnail displayed in the right panel.

Expected behavior:

The game should download the thumbnail of the latest version of the mod from the mod portal, as it already happens in the "Install" tab when clicking on any mod.

Reproduction steps:
Rather obvious I think ^^

1. Download any outdated mod from mods.factorio.com and place it in the mods directory. It must not be the latest version, so it will appear in the "Updates" tab.
2. Start the game, click on "Mods" and on the "Updates" tab. See the downloaded mod in there with a newer version available.
3. Click on the mod in the list. Notice the missing thumbnail.

Thanks for the report. It turns out that the updates tab just never downloaded thumbnails. It's now fixed for the next release.
