Hi,

I experience the same issue over and over.
When I mark buildings/trees for deconstruction the construction robots removes a couple of items then takes a break or even stops. (just load my save and it is obvious)

Running on Windows 8.1 x64

save: https://www.dropbox.com/s/v43zdxl3s242ao0/New.zip?dl=0

Haven't loaded the save (sorry) but usual causes of this are a lack of space and running out of roboport power. I'm confident it's a variation of the first, but you may mean a situation more like the second.

If the bots don't have enough space to drop their items, then they will just stay in place when removing items. This can be triggered by either running out of space in storage chests, or having the bots only depositing into requester chests, and these chests reaching their quotas.
Drop a storage chest. Alternatively, ensure current chest space is adequate and/or increase requester limits.

Less common, though still something I've experienced, particularly when clearing in remote areas, is that the servicing roboport runs out of charge, and the area is no longer in the construction net. I've not documented the exact mechanism of this cause, but it seems to be more related to losing logistic coverage of the typically deployed storage chest, than to the lack of construction coverage. If the problem is that robots aren't going to deconstruct at all, then it's related to losing construction coverage of the designated items.
Ensure adequate power to roboport(s).

I experienced the same. Some things are left behind, a red cross above them but no robot coming to get them.
Selecting them again with the deconstruction cursor results in a fresh wave of robots that quickly pick up the leftover items.

You've got over 2300 entities marked for deconstruction. Factorio only checks 1 marked-for-deconstruction entity per game tick to see if it should (and can) send robots to deconstruct it to save game tick time.

You'll either need to wait a while or go through and cancel deconstruction on some of the things you don't need taken down (shift + deconstruct by default).

Tought there was a time limit that evrything needs to be removed (or placed) within 5min, otherwise the selection is gone?

Placed, yes. The ghost eventually vanishes. Deconstructed - no. That stays until the entity is removed or the deconstruction is canceled.

Well encountered something simulair, when deconstruncing Full providers chest (like 20full of them), then a few chest stay behind.
Always tought it did not compelete within a x time, so i did the deconstruction again.

Thats why i said that about the 5min. Did not load your save, i am at work at the moment.
