[0.18.3] New entities with non-default map colors ignore friendly_map_color field

Entities with non-default map colors introduced in 0.18.2 (beacons, pipes, heat pipes, roboports and steam engines) ignore friendly_map_color (and likely enemy_map_color) when those are set/changed via mod. Their map color only seems to change when map_color is modified.

Old entities with non-default map colors (like solar panels) are not affected.

Also on a side note - while tinkering with map color I've tried to find new map color definitions in data and failed. Did I miss them somehow? If not - then why are they not there? I think that having map color customization in entity definitions would be a good example for mod-makers.
