[0.11.11] Passive Provider Chests clogged with stuff

Hello,
since this update I see many of my passiveProviderChests clogged with seemingly random items. I did not put them there. I witnessed this multiple times, even after i cleared the chests of the unwanted items. Robots just drop stuff there.
