[0.17.79] Rich text tags don't line wrap properly

Entering [gps=d0d3b34fd0d3b34fd0d3b34fd0d3b34fd0d3b34fd0d3b34fd0d3b34fd0d3b34fd0d3b34fd0d3b34fd0d3b34fd0d3b34fd0d3b34fd0d3b34fd0d3b34f] and shrinking the window to ensure it has to line wrap causes a line to be shown for each character it seems.
This has caused every client on my server to drop for tags with a few thousand characters.
