I exited back off the preview, switched off Default [modified] and back to Default and found some floaty text: Image

I tried some simple steps to reproduce it, but couldn't,

Can you provide exact steps and key presses?

Click the Preview

change the random TrackBar vaules at in Resources

then click the Combobox menu where is Default and other stuff, change vaule at there

then this happens

probably happens even without the needed go to preview

yes this is minor issue, as it go away by self , it's probably not needed fix

by looking that video it seems that this issue are related with mouse move for releasing the Hint
