[Twinsen][0.17.66] Items spill from player inventory with the combined use of construction robots, modules and beacons

Bug
Items in character's inventory can spill to ground when player insert modules to a beacon while personal construction robots keep trying to insert items (from deconstructed entities) and go back to character when the inventory is already full.

Environment
Vanilla 0.17.66.

Steps to reproduce
  1. Turn off god mode. Wear an armor with working personal roboports. Also get yourself some construction robots.
  2. Build a beacon with no module.
  3. Fill the remaining slots in your inventory with some speed or efficient modules and other items.
  4. Deconstruct something so the construction robots will keep trying to insert items and go back to your character. The "Cannot insert {item}. Player's inventory full." warning is shown.
  5. Grab a slot of modules from your inventory. Use Inventory Transfer (ctrl + left-click by default) to insert modules to the beacon.
  6. Observe. (The last items in your inventory will spill to ground. The construction robots will go back to your inventory successfully.)

Fixed in Version: 0.17.67.
