[Twinsen][0.17.60] Combinator desync

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load this save.

combinator-desync.zip: (189.15 KiB) Downloaded 159 times

2. /toggle-heavy-mode
3. Deconstruct the combinator.
4. Cancel deconstruction.

Fixed in Version: 0.17.64
