Steps to reproduce:

• Go to the blueprint libraray and open a blueprint book.
• Close the BPL.
• Create a blueprint (up to the point where you click the green check mark).
• Open the BPL.
• Drop the BP by left clicking on the drop zone. Don't move the mouse pointer after clicking.
• Notice that nothing happens, no matter how long the waiting time is.
• Move the mouse pointer.
• The BP appears.

Note that modifying blueprint books from within the player inventory (press "e") seems to work fine.

The described issue seems to be a problem with the Blueprint Library interface, and is not specific to blueprint books. This is also an issue for some other interactions with the blueprint library interface.

For example, try to add (by clicking in the appropriate area) a new blueprint or book into the "My Blueprints" pane. Nothing appears until you move the mouse. Note that the same does not occur with the "Shared Blueprints" pane.
