[0.17.47] Minor: laser turret ghosts retain energy_glow_animation on death

Not sure if this is actually a bug or intended, or even if this is different than previous behaviour, but I only just noticed it when debugging the laser beam light changes in this version.
If a laser (or any modded energy-beam) turret is firing when it is killed by biters or friendly fire, the ghost retains the energy_glow_animation permanently until the ghost is replaced. This happens regardless of whether it's daytime or nighttime (but is harder to spot in daytime). The energy_glow_animation continues to be animated.
First noticed it in a modded game, but reproduced with un-modded vanilla laser turrets too.
