As title states.
Inconsistent with other GUIS - for example the trains GUI

I don't think the bonus pane has been through the GUI refresh yet.

That looks like what sometimes happens on my machine when i resize the game window while it's running.

I've also noticed similar issues with a modded GUI - but I figured it was the mods problem, not the base game.

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.17.
