preparation:
- create filter upgrade planer that changes speed module 1 -> speed module 2
- open Blueprint that has an entity with modules (i.e. beacon with speed 1 module) use upgrade planner on the grey square for upgrade planers

expected:
- modules in entities in blueprint change from speed 1 -> speed 2

actualy happening:
- modules in entities stay exactly as before.


note:

Also does not work with a 'fresh' (unfiltered) upgrade planer.
Also does not work with a when downgrading modules.

Only upgrade planers that change modules seem affected.

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.17. It will now work the same way that upgrading modules in normal entities does: when configured modules are upgraded otherwise they're ignored.
