game.tick weirdness

If you set /c game.tick= any number, it will change was intended but will cause the previous messages to randomly change colors. Just a minor bug.

Hello, it shouldn't be possible to change the tick, and we left it there by accident, it will be removed soon.

What about changing evolution? Is that one left intentionally or by accident?

Ok, removed the write access for 0.11.4
Tick is very core mechanism, and lot of things in the game count with the way it behaves.
Eveolution factor on the other hand can be changed without any problems.
