[0.17.24] korean font does not have some sign character

[0.17.24] korean font does not have some sign character

I confirmed that these characters are not included in the font.

And the changed font is less readable.

Also, i cannot type korean yet.

Same problem (68921) for russian (and other cyrillic languages)
