[Oxyd] [0.17.23] Cut, copy block hotkey for deconstruction planner and blueprint

When the cut or copy tool is selected it is not possible to switch to the blueprint tool, upgrade planner or deconstruction planner without hitting the 'clear cursor' hotkey.
What did I do
1. use the hotkey for the copy tool(ctrl+c)
2. use the hotkey for the deconstruction planner(ctrl+d in my case)
What did I expect
Currently 'equipped' tool is the deconstruction planner
What did I get
Currently 'equipped' tool is the copy tool
This seems to not only be the case with cut, copy or paste, but also when any of the other tools are 'equipped'. The only hotkeys for tools that seem to still work are cut, copy and paste. Meaning I am always able to swich from any tool to cut, copy or paste, but never to one of the other tools(don't know about modded tools)
