[0.17.18] Train station list height doesn't respect window mode

When you run factorio in window mode, the train station list will use a wrong height for the list entries. The scroll bar will reach below the bottom limit of the list and some list entries are hidden. See the following screenshot:
Notice the highlight of the scrollbar. It shows an outline how big the scrollbar and the actual list is, but the entries are not visible. The desktop is running at 1920x1080, which is detected by factorio, but the window is smaller (like 1773x962).
