[kovarex] [0.17.17] Reconnecting Solar Power resets Power Statistics

I have a huge Solar Power Plant in the north of my factory and disconnected (removed the only Powerpole connecting the north and south) it to test my nuclear Power.
After i checked everything in my nuclear Power, i reconnected (planted a Power Pole) the northern Solar Arrays.
After that my Power Statistics (when clicking on a Power Pole) started at zero and all lines started drawing new. So i have no History there if i click on last 10 Minutes for example.
So apparently on connect he didn't know which of the 2 seperate Networks was the right history to keep, and keept the wrong one.
Maybe its an old bug, but i noticed it today for the first time.

This is the same behavior that occurs with power switches.

The network with more entities is kept, IIRC.

Generally this is not a bug and is working as intended.
And your post is just a feature request :)

We actually have a logic that merges histories of two networks when they get connected, but it just seems that there is a bug somewhere.

Thanks for the report, it is now fixed for 0.17.23

This is actually a bug, that was introduced by by the power switch addition in 0.13, so it went unnoticed for almost 3 years (although, I knew something was fishy, as I also lost the statistics at some point).
