0.17.13 Temporary Train Station only working after 2nd temp station created!

If a Train is in a station and you control-click to add a tempory station, it behaves as if it was already there and does not move, and deletes the temp. station right after the 5s wait time without ever moving.

It only starts moving once you enter a second temporary station and delete the first, or let the 5s interval expire.

Yep. Started happening for me in .13.
I don't have any wait conditions at my 'taxi' station. It's just waiting there for passengers.

As a workaround I can just toggle automatic off/on to get it to depart towards the temp station.

Having the same bug in .14
Found that the train travels to the temporary station if it has been switched to manual before the station is set

Same issue here on 0.17.14. Workarounds above seem to all correct the issue.
