While testing fluid transfer rates of water pumps -> fluid pumps -> fluid wagons in the map editor, i found a repeatable game crash when i try to fill the fluid wagon with water from fluid pumps.

process for repeating crash is as follows:
have fluid delivery system set up to transfer water to fluid wagon in editor, let all pumps prime and fill with water, pause time, place wagon(s?) on tracks, resume time/ increase time by a few ticks on at a time, notice wagons are not filling, right click on wagon to remove it and game crashes.

i expected the wagons to start filling like normal after the first few game ticks but noticed the water was not transferring to the wagons so i decided to delete the wagon and replace it with another wagon as to "refresh" it so the game might recognize a new empty fluid wagon in front of the loading pumps. as soon as i right clicked on the wagon the game crashed.

setup screen shot:

the trigger to the crash is set up already on the map. Just right click on a fluid wagon in the setup screenshot to try to remove it and the game should crash.

I have changed the title for other devs to register. I see in the log that it crashes on train signals. So there is some more general issue with registering the train with the rail when being placed in the editor.

Thanks for the report. It's now fixed for the next version of 0.17.
