I tried uploading the save file many times, but none of them succeeded, so I uploaded it to Onedrive.

I believe this has been resolved along with the linked report. Please, let me know if it is indeed ok after you get 17.12. Thanks!

It's still not work.

Thanks for info. Now it crashes for a different reason though.

I tried seriously downloading all those 40 or so mods and it loads fine in my current version. So it should be ok now.
