hey,
i found a little bug with using the upgrade planer with underground belts

to preduce the bug, place some blue belt, place a ghost undergroundbelt from another tier between it and upgrade it to the same tier as the previous one and it will not connect to the right color
it will connect as the ghost placed one was, so u can build blue in blue underground

its works only with ghost upgrades, not with underground thats are placed already
and it will work only between it, not over it

I highly doubt this will survive a save/load cycle, resulting in broken multiplayer and replays.

save and reload the game will connect them right

I've just tested it. Only the inner pair is connected.
And this bug will invalidate replay when loaded and saved again (see attachment)
(Map desynchronisation, replay and current crc is different)

Thanks for the report.
I am not sure how come this report went unnoticed for so long, as this would cause desync (as some of you pointed out), but it is fixed for 0.17.19
