- Changing the Icons of a blueprint is not possible anymore when a blueprint is stored
- When creating a blueprint, changing the icons is not applied to the exported blueprint string

Thanks for the report. I've fixed the export when changing icons. The ability to change icons while in the library I don't know on.

On the topic of editing icons in the library: you can't do that in 0.16 either so I'm going to say working as intended.
