[0.17.4] Research dialog looses its search filter on game window resize

Start the game in windowed mode and start a game. Open the research dialog and search for "science". Now resize the window e.g. by clicking on the maximize icon. The research dialog resizes to the new geometry but forgets the search filter.
I expect the search filter to remain when the window is resized.
