In polish language version the train circuit wait condition can't be removed, because there is no remove button. IMac 27 5K 2017 and MacBook Pro 13'' 2017

Please state the exact version of the game that you are using and include a log file.

Factorio version 0.17.4 but it was in 0.17.3 also (didn't checked in previous version).

Can't the translation be without the "sterowniczy"? As we don't have "Circuit condition" in english, but just "Circuit"

Cut "sterowniczy" and leave just 'Sygnał" in translation. Will be fine.

I take it there's no easy way to make the lined bar smaller if there's a limited amount of room?

How about truncating the text and scroll it along the available space?

For 0.17.7, I used the same way as with too long station names. It just gets truncated in that case:
66841.

There will be a tooltip for the label in such a case.
