After researching 'Escape pod blackbox' you get the messages saying:

1. Collect some of you equipment
2. Escape towards the east... (etc.)

Seeing the first message I (ofcourse) collected everything I could and afterwards I moved to the east. Meanwhile Compilatron is running around saying "Native aggression levels unsafe, Evacuate". When I was running east the biters came to the (very empty) first base and Compilatron was in the middle of these biters. After the biters destroyed the few buildings left they all aggroed on Compilatron and came with him when I was still setting up my new base. Some of the biters then aggroed me, which now makes it impossible to build the new base.

There are already some pretty serious checks to stop this happening. If it becomes more of a problem then Ill add something more powerful.

i added another check to stop this happening. Should be solved as of 0.17.16
