[Resolved 0.3.1] Muzzle flash is offset

The muzzle flash seems to be offset, have a look at these pictures:
The rockets also come out wrong:
The flamethrower didn't fire at all.

The same happened with all the items in my mod, it might be the same reason, there are new fields in the prototipes relatives to the position of the image.
