1: Alert start.
2: I zoom in/zoom out map view by using scroll-button of the mouse.
3: Alert volume also up/down (by scroll-button of the mouse)

I opened only the map view, I never open the alert setting menu.

Request: Please do not change the volume regardless of scaling of the map.

Agreed. Global alerts should have the same volume regardless, even if environmental sounds change with the zoom level.
