If you click "Graphics" settings and click "Back", the game thinks there's 1 uncorfirmed change.
Also, if you hover on "Back" button then "Sprite resolution" combo box also highlighted

Hmm ... I kind left it like this intentionally; the discarded change is change from Low or Very-low sprite resolution you had it set in 0.16 to Normal. It still remembers old value in case you'd switch back to 0.16. I can see how this is confusing and will fix it.
