[0.16.51] Tank Braking Sound Too Early with Nuclear Fuel

Hey there Devs.
I put some Nuclear fuel into a tank, and started driving it around - upon stopping, I noticed that the sound of the tank braking is much earlier then it is in the car - perhaps a bug? In the tank I get the 'skidding' noise before I have stopped moving, whereas in the car I get it only if I stop moving. Both tests were with nuclear fuel, I included a video below. Happens every time for me.
