[0.16.51] Blueprint of wired miner doesn't save read setting

I'm trying to use a blueprint where there's a miner connected to a circuit network with the readout mode set to "Entire ore patch", but it always is placed in "This mining drill" mode instead. It seems like the only way to get a wired miner into "Entire ore patch" mode is to do so manually. To confirm the bug I wired a miner, manually set it in "Entire ore patch" mode, made a blueprint of it, placed it, wired the original with a green wire just so the value could be compared against the red wire on single pole:
