[0.16.36] Error using deconstruction planer in tutorial

What happend:
In the tutorial for construction robots, the tutorial crashed while when first introduced to the deconstruct planner.
No mods installed.
Reconstruction of bug:
I held shift in by accident and tried to drag over a belt using the deconstruction planner.
Upon click it crashed.
I attempted to replicate once, but it did not occur again.
What did I expect to happen?:
To plan deconstruction of my belt based upon the blueprint I created.
