[0.16.48] Can't remove underground pipe from blueprint

After importing the blueprint below, I can't left click to remove the the second underground pipe in the lower right corner (the one providing the water).
Restarting Factorio didn't help. While making it, left clicking an underground pipe would randomly disable another one.

Thanks for the report. This is now fixed for the next version of 0.16 and I wrote a test to make sure it stays fixed.
