[0.16.45] Pvp Error setup if map is infinite

So based upon the old error viewtopic.php?t=60536
When setting up a pvp map and choosing 0 or nothing for map height and width, after the fix it gives a different error, if I change more parameters.

If you let 2000000 at the size it works, if you put 0 it gives the error. Sometimes it works if you disable diplomacy, but somehow it skips the preparing of the map and goes into choosing the team, and if you pick one, it says, map not suitable for spawn or something like that.
