Come on, you could’ve at least described the problem…

How to reproduce in 0.16.35:
  • Build an assembly machine and choose any recipe with a fluid input.
  • Fluid input should be north.
  • Create a blueprint of the assembly machine.
  • Rotate the blueprint.
  • Click and run to paste the blueprint a bunch of times. (That works most reliably. Clicking a few times randomly but making sure that multiple ghosts exist at the same times also works but less reliably. Couldn’t reproduce it with having only one ghost active at a time.)
If the blueprint was rotated to have the fluid input west or east, most will have it there and a few south. If the blueprint was rotated to have the fluid input south, most assembly machines will have it there and a few north. If the blueprint was rotated 360°, all assembly machines will have the fluid input north.

I actually noticed this a few days ago but forgot to file a bug report. Can confirm this is a thing. The bug affects chemical plants and refineries as well.
