I loaded my save, and did nothing beside just standing still and checking my factory from map mode. After 3~4 minutes, the game crashed suddenly.

Reproduced. Loaded very same save, now crashed already after half a minute.
I also have to say, that I haven't enabled Razer Chroma support and don't even own such devices.
Relevant log: Tried a next time, game crashed again just after loading save.
BUT: on the next start of Factorio, I didn't even get to the menu. Game crashed while starting.
Relevant log: This last crash made me suspect my GPU drivers. Uninstalled these completely, rebooted, and had Windows to install the most recent ones. Game started normally again and loaded save. Game's running for a few minutes now, so let's see what happens.
It's working as it should now... Maybe there's a compatibility issue with 16.27 and an older version of the nVidia drivers?

The crashes are fundamentally different, this suggests a hardware defect.

As far as I could see, I thought the first 2 crashes (in-game) have around the same error message, with only the 3rd (pre-menu) being different?
After the GPU drivers update, I've started the game again and loaded the same save. It's running fine now for >30 minutes. So that's why I'm not really suspecting the hardware, but software/drivers instead. Will double-check with an Ubuntu Live disk.

As said: all 3 errors are different and in completely unrelated pieces of code doing things which should never crash.

Finally one of the crashes happened in: nv_dispi.inf_amd64_f936d37e592b25aa\nvd3dumx.dll

Which says memory and or driver corruption to me.

I've been playing the same save for an hour now, on the Ubuntu live disk. No issues whatsoever. So indeed, seems to have been driver related as re-install of the nVidia drivers solved the issue.
