in the map editor of 0.16.27 if you go to items and choose any item and then go to the entities section, choose spray or brush mode and select an item, if you then hover over the map and NOT the GUI you will see both the selected items icons at your cursor.

i expect to only see the currently selected items icon

Hi, thanks for report. A tiny thing, and so hard to find. But now it is fixed for next version.
