[Oxyd]Disabled upgrade technologies break search in sandbox

Steps:
1) Add a mod that disables the final tier of an upgradable tech, e.g. "efficacy-module-3"
2) Start a sandbox game and research all technologies
3) Open the technology screen and search for "efficiency". No efficiency module tech is in the search results, although efficiency-1 and efficiency-2 can be found in the tech tree on the right
Expected:
* Efficiency-2 (the highest enabled tech in the chain) should show up in the search results, even though a higher tier exists (just disabled)
* Alternatively, the search should show efficiency-3 because you have it unlocked, regardless of it being disabled. This would actually help understand weird mod issues, particularly if it also applied to the default search (display all)
