[wheybags] [0.16.16] Q key picks wrong track orientation from curves

Minor issue. Definitely not game breaker 
When I press Q over curver rail section, track orientation should be "carried" to the new track piece on cursor, according to some logic.
However, this logic works only in 4/8 possible sections.
Sections B, D, F ang H works according to logic - new segment have orientation of one of the picked segment ends (in CW direction), and allows to continue section in that direction, without rotating.
However, sections A, C, E and G gives piece rotated by 90*, not matching any part of picked segment, and not allowing to continue in any direction...
Basically, when I "Q" segment A I should get piece oriented like from C; in C => E, in E => H and in H => A.
(Ideally, orientation should match clicked segment end, but it's feature request)
