[Rseding91] [16.20] Tips and Tricks window won't close on replay

This one is pretty straightforward. Have the "Tips and Tricks" window appear at the start of a map. During a normal load game or new game, you can click the close button on "Tips and Tricks" and the window will close out. If you open up a replay of any saves you have, the close button on "Tips and Tricks" is broken. Clicking close does nothing, instead of closing out the window. It's also not possible to grab focus of the windows behind it. Esc will bring up the menu, but you can't click it. Alt+F4 is the only way out of the trap.
